Md Kamrul Hasan · Growth marketer · Dhaka
That is a marketing problem, and it is the one I solve. I run growth for consumer brands, strategy through to the creative that goes live, with a production team behind me. My last client sold 2.8X more in 16 months. Here is how that happens, and what it would look like for you.
What the last brand got: 2.8X sales · 500K followers · 16 months

About
I studied BSc in Computer Science and Engineering at Daffodil International University. Marketing was not the plan. It started when a senior at university asked me to help with his thesis, and somewhere in that work I noticed something that changed my direction: this field had plenty of people in it, but very few who actually knew what they were doing.
That gap looked like an opportunity, so I walked into it. Two years in graphics design first, then three years running growth. No bootcamp, no certification, all of it self taught on live budgets where mistakes cost real money.
Most brands do not have an attention problem. They have a reason to care problem.
What I like most is a brand with nothing yet. No page, no audience, no proof that anyone wants it. Starting from zero is the part everyone else finds uncomfortable, and it is the part I find interesting. BongoKidz went from an empty page to 5K followers and 2.3X sales. HI-TECH was close to dead online before we turned it into one of the country's most followed furniture brands. Those are the projects I want more of.
I do not work alone on production. I lead a small team of designers, video editors, an AI visuals specialist, and a UI designer, which means a campaign I plan on Monday can be shot, built, and live without waiting on anyone else. You brief one person and get a full creative pipeline.
Away from work I play a lot of chess, and rather too much Clash Royale. Both are the same lesson as marketing: you win on preparation, not on the flashy move.
01 · The work
Anyone can list skills. What you actually want to know is whether the numbers moved, and by how much.
Furniture & lifestyle · Bangladesh · 16 month engagement
Took a near dead page and built it into one of Bangladesh's most followed furniture brands online, leading a content team and running seasonal sales campaigns year round: Eid, Boishakh, Durga Puja, Environment Day and more.
Kids footwear · Online retail · 14 month engagement
Built the brand's online presence from scratch: page setup, paid campaigns, and creative production through its first year of trading, with three seasonal pushes timed to Eid, the January school season, and monsoon.
Organic agriculture & resort development · Bangladesh + diaspora
Own the brand's entire growth motion: page growth from zero base, monthly content calendar, and the full Founding Members campaign, from funnel design and ad copy to the event content shot in Sweden.
B2B apparel · Buying house with own factory
Pitched and won the full digital engagement: website, company profile, and social presence for direct buyer outreach.
US apparel brand · B2B
Weekly content production in a strict brand system: spec forward copy, zero hype, built around a live trade show push.
02 · How I think about growth
Most brands buy attention and then lose it somewhere between the click and the sale. This is the six stage funnel running for Zariya Living right now. Every ad, post, and follow up call has a defined place in it, so you can see exactly where a lead stalls.
Facebook and Instagram ads plus organic content built for cold audiences
Video and story content, active comment replies, retargeting pools
FB Lead Ads forms and click to WhatsApp flows with instant auto response
Dedicated caller, call script, and a lead tracker with status and follow up dates
Payment and agreement stage, supported by objection handling assets
Monthly updates and a structured referral push to lower acquisition cost over time
03 · What I actually do
Plenty of marketers hand over a strategy and leave you to execute it. You get the campaign planned, the copy written, the creative built, the ads run, and one person answerable for the result.
04 · How I keep score
Marketing that cannot explain itself is decoration. From week one you get a fixed reporting rhythm, and you get told when something is not working before you have to ask.
05 · How I work
Six month strategy decks are where momentum goes to die. Give me a target on Monday and something is live before the week is out. This is the cadence clients actually get.
06 · Where I come from
Bangladesh is low ticket, low trust, and loud. Budgets are small, nobody buys on brand name alone, and a weak campaign dies in public. You cannot spend your way out of a bad idea here, which turns out to be a useful thing to learn early.
07 · What you need
No packages, no bundles you did not ask for. Some brands need everything from strategy down to the captions. Others already have a team and just need the ads fixed. Tell me which of these is the problem and we scope only that.
Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Account setup, campaign structure, creative testing, and scaling once something works.
What gets posted, when, and why. Pillars, monthly calendars, and captions your team can run without asking you every day.
Lead forms, WhatsApp and Messenger flows, follow up scripts, and a tracker so no enquiry dies in someone's inbox.
Static design, motion, and AI generated product and room visuals. Built by my team, so campaigns do not stall waiting on assets.
Structure, copy, and build in WordPress. Useful when the ads work but the page they land on does not.
A one off review of your ads, page, and funnel, with a written list of what to change first. Often the right place to start.
Scope and price agreed before anything starts. No surprise invoices later.
